🛠️ Troubleshooting Student Access
What to Do If You See This Screen?
If you’re presented with the screen shown below, you’ll be asked to choose one of the following options to continue.
⚠️Please Review Each Option Carefully:
The options below have different impacts on your course-material access. Trial access is temporary and ends after the census/opt-out deadline.
Before making a selection, review the description of each option and choose the one that matches your enrollment status and intentions for the campus Access program.
- Trial — To Start Trial Access (expires after census closes): Choose this option if you have opted out or plan to opt out of your campus Access program.
Provides temporary, free access to course materials
Access remains active until the census/opt-out deadline
Materials must be purchased separately if you continue after the deadline
- Enroll — Enroll or Re-Enroll in the Access Program: Select View Options to see how to join or rejoin your campus Inclusive or Equitable Access program before the deadline.
Restores full access to your digital course materials
No access codes or separate purchases required
Billed through your student account (not charged immediately)
- Verify Enrollment — Campus Email Required (If Prompted): If Follett Willo is unable to match your LMS account to bookstore records, you may see a Verify Enrollment prompt.
Enter your campus enrollment email address
Click Verify Enrollment Status to validate access
Important: Opt-Out Reminder:
Selecting “Opt Out” removes access. You’ll be responsible for purchasing materials independently.
If you opt out:
- You will be responsible for purchasing your course materials on your own and will lose access to the digital course materials provided through the program.
- You will not have access to your digital course materials and will be returned to the previous screen.
- Until the deadline displayed on your screen, you can change your selection and choose “Continue access” to regain access to your course materials.
- You may receive periodic reminders about your course’s participation in Inclusive Access. These reminders are informational — you will only be charged once.
Until the deadline shown on your screen, you may change your selection and choose Continue Access to restore access.
You may receive reminder messages during the census period. These are informational only — you will only be charged once.
