This guide outlines what students will see if they’ve opted out of the campus Inclusive Access or Equitable Access program.
Opt In: If the student did not opt out, clicking the publisher link in their LMS course will launch the materials normally.

Opt Out: If the student did opt out, they’ll see alternative access options after clicking the link.

🚨 You will see the screen below if you elected to Opt Out and clicked a course content link after the add/drop deadline.
You will need to select one of the following options.
1️⃣ Purchase Materials from Your Campus Store
Click See Details → Go To My Campus Store to purchase course materials or → Purchase from Publisher.
2️⃣ Verify an Existing Purchase
If you've already purchased materials independently, click Verify My Purchase and enter: Your Access Code or PIN, or The email address used during purchase This unlocks your materials.

Selecting Contact Support or Help opens a chat with the Follett Higher Ed Support Team.
