🚨 If presented with the screen below:
It typically indicates one of the following:
The student has opted out of the course materials
orWe have not yet received or matched the student’s opt-in/opt-out record from the campus bookstore
This may occur if:
Enrollment or opt data is still being processed
Bookstore records do not yet align with the LMS roster
The course is within the campus census or add/drop period
The email address on file does not match the academic email used for enrollment
In most cases, this resolves automatically once records are finalized.
🔍 Options Explained:
1️⃣ Trial - Start Trial Access (Expires after census closes)
Choose this option if you have opted out or plan to opt-out - allows free trial access until access is purchased outside of the Access program.
*Please Note: Students will lose access to the free trial after census closes.
2️⃣ Enroll - Enroll/Re-Enroll in the Access Program
Click View Options to see how to rejoin the Total or Course Access program before the deadline.
3️⃣ Verify Enrollment - Your Campus Email (If Blocked)
If Follett Willo cannot match your LMS account to bookstore data, you may see a Verify prompt.
Enter your campus email and click Verify Enrollment Status to validate access.
*Please Note: You must use your campus enrollment email address.
⚠️ Selecting “Opt Out” removes access. You’ll be responsible for purchasing materials independently.
NOTE:
- If you choose to opt out of your campus’ Access program, you will be responsible for purchasing your course materials on your own and will lose access to the digital course materials provided through the program.
- If you opt out, you will not have access to your digital course materials and will be returned to the previous screen.
- Until the deadline displayed on your screen, you can change your selection and choose “Continue access” to regain access to your course materials.
- You may receive periodic reminders about your course’s participation in Inclusive Access. These reminders are informational — you will only be charged once.
