When you purchase digital course materials through the campus store, you will be provided with information that can be used to redeem and/or access your digital materials. The location of this information will vary depending on how the purchase was made.
I purchased my digital materials in person at the campus bookstore.
- On your printed or electronic receipt, locate the eBook Download Information section. This will appear below the transaction financial details.
- For each digital material purchased, a title and PIN/redemption code will be listed, along with its specific redemption website. Note: PIN/redemption codes are case sensitive.
If no PIN/code appears on the receipt, search your school-issued email for a message from the digital content provider, which will include instructions for activation.
I purchased my digital materials through the bookstore website.
- Locate the email with subject Your <Campus Store Name> Order - Update.

The URL and access code for each digital material purchased will appear
in
the
DIGITAL ACCESS INFORMATION
section under the Accessing Your Digital Materials heading.
Note: Access codes are case sensitive.
If you cannot locate this message, search your school-issued email for a message from the digital content provider, which will include instructions for activation.
If you cannot locate the Order Update email, and you did not receive an email from the digital content provider, you can retrieve the information from your eFollett order history. Read the article below.

*This refers to a program where students receive course materials on or before the first day of class as part of a course fee or tuition.
- Locate the email with subject Important Information Regarding your Course Materials for the Upcoming Term.
- Review the linked document for each digital material delivered as part of the program.
If you cannot locate this message, you can log into the campus LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, etc.) or Campus Portal to access your digital materials.
