When you purchase digital course materials online through the campus store, you will be provided with information that can be used to redeem and/or access your digital materials.
Locate the email with subject Your <Campus Store Name> Order - Update.
- Review the DIGITAL ACCESS INFORMATION section under the Accessing Your Digital Materials heading.

Follow the link to the URL for each title included in the order and enter
the associated access code if provided.
Important: Access codes are case sensitive, so be sure to enter this information exactly as it appears in the Order Update email.
If you cannot locate the Order Update email, search your school-issued email for a message from the digital content provider. Follow the instructions within the message to activate your digital materials.
Many digital materials will be provided by Kortext or RedShelf. You can determine which content provider is associated with the materials you have purchased by reviewing the domain name of the URL where you will access the content.
If the URL appearing in the Order Update begins with https://support.follett.com, follow the instructions in the linked help topic to gain access to your digital materials.
Kortext
If the URL appearing in the Order Update is https://kortext.follett.com, your digital materials are being delivered via Kortext.

- If any materials on your Kortext bookshelf are courseware, you will have the option to redeem a code to gain access to that platform. Review How do I redeem my courseware code? for assistance with this additional step.
RedShelf
If the URL appearing in the Order Update is https://brytewave.redshelf.com, your digital materials are being delivered via RedShelf.
- Review Redeem your RedShelf Access Code for detailed instructions on how to access your digital materials.
Other
If the URL appearing in the Order Update does not match any of the above options, your digital materials are being delivered via another platform. In this scenario:
- Navigate to the redemption website, or the publisher website provided by your instructor.
- If necessary, create an account with the publisher/content provider.
- When prompted to purchase the content or provide an access code, enter the access code listed in the DIGITAL ACCESS INFORMATION section.
