When you purchase digital course materials in person at the campus store, you will be provided with information that can be used to redeem and/or access your digital materials.

Locate the eBook Download Information section of your printed or electronic receipt. This will appear below the transaction financial details.

1. For each digital material purchased, a title and PIN/redemption code will be listed, along with its specific redemption website.
2. Visit the URL for each item and enter the PIN/redemption code if provided. Important: Codes are case sensitive, so be sure to enter this information exactly as it appears on the receipt.

(If no PIN/code appears on the receipt, this information will be sent to your school issued email address by the content provider along with instructions for activation.)

Many digital materials will be provided by Kortext or RedShelf. You can determine which content provider is associated to the materials you have purchased by reviewing the domain name of the URL where you will access the content.

Kortext

If the URL displayed on the receipt is https://kortext.follett.com, your digital materials are being delivered via Kortext.

RedShelf

If the URL displayed on the receipt is https://brytewave.redshelf.com, your digital materials are being delivered via RedShelf.

Other

If the URL displayed on the receipt does not match any of the above options, your digital materials are being delivered via another platform. In this scenario:

1. Navigate to the redemption website, or the publisher website provided by your instructor.
2. If necessary, create an account with the publisher/content provider.
3. When prompted to purchase the content or provide an access code, enter the PIN/redemption code listed above the URL on your receipt.
