Use this article if:
Your course does not appear during the Willo setup process
You need to pair your course manually
Expected materials are missing
Your course is paired to the wrong edition or ISBN
Your LMS course contains publisher links from a previous term or an incorrect edition/ISBN that must be removed before pairing the correct materials
If any of the above apply, follow the steps in this article to ensure your materials are paired and launch correctly for the current term.
▶ Step 1: Select “Missing Course” or “Pair My Course Manually”
If your course is not listed on the screen, click:
- Missing Course
- Pair My Course Manually
▶ Step 2: Search for Your Course or Add a Product Token
When the sidebar opens, you have two options:
- Search Course: Enter course code, ISBN, author, or instructor and click Search.

Add Product Token: Enter token from Follett and click Verify.

▶ Step 3: Confirm Course, Select Term, and Initialize Pairing
After locating the correct course or verifying the token:
- Click Confirm
- Select the correct Term
- Click Continue
- Click Initialize Pairing
▶ Final Step: Add Links or Continue to Publisher
You will now see two options: Add Links or Continue to Publisher. Choose based on your publisher.
Use “Continue to Publisher” for:
- Cengage
- Vista Higher Learning (VHL)
- Sage Vantage
- Great River Learning
- JoVE
- Jones & Bartlett
- W.W. Norton 1.3
For all other publishers:
- Select the product links you want to add
- Click Add Links to push them into your LMS
Once the links appear in your course, click them to launch and complete the setup on the publisher’s site.
For additional step-by-step guidance:
- Navigate to the Follett Willo Faculty Resource Hub
- Filter by Learning Management System.

Select the guide corresponding to your adopted publisher product.
