In this article, you will find the steps to connect your adopted Course Resources to your Blackboard course using the Follett Willo Digital Delivery 1.3 LTI Tool.

Part One — Adding the Follett Willo Digital Delivery 1.3 Tool (Learn)
Step 1.
Navigate into your Blackboard Learn course.
Step 2.
Click an existing Content Area on the left course menu (or create a new one). In this example, a new Content Area named Ebook and Courseware was created.
Example: a new Content Area named “Ebook and Courseware.”
Step 3.
Inside the Content Area, click Build Content and select Follett Willo Digital Delivery 1.3 from the dropdown list.
Step 3a — Don’t see Follett Willo 1.3? Click for manual add steps.
- In your Content Area, Build Content → choose Web Link.
- Enter a Name (e.g., Follett Willo Digital Delivery).

Paste the correct URL:

- Check “This link is to a Tool Provider.”
- (Recommended) Hide this link from students — instructor-facing only.
- Click Submit to create the link.
Web Link → add Name & URL → check “This link is to a Tool Provider.”
When the link is created, click it to continue to Step 4 (Pairing).
Part Two — Pairing the Courseware (Learn)
Step 4.
Click Continue in a new window.
Step 5.
The Select Course to Pair screen appears. If you teach multiple courses, you may see several listed. Find the correct course and click Pair Course.
Note: If your course is missing or the information appears incorrect, skip to Missing Course Pairing below.
Missing Course Pairing?
Click here if your course did not appear in Step 5 and follow the instructions below:
- Click Missing Course or Pair My Course Manually.

- Search Course or Material to Pair: Enter course code or instructor name, then click Search.

Add a Product Token: Enter a
product token and click Verify.
Need a Product Token? Email facultysetup@follett.com.
- Click Confirm, select the term, click Continue, then click Initialize Pairing.
Step 6.
The Add Course Links screen appears with Course Paired Successfully.
NOTE: The Follett Access Support link is available to both students and faculty and routes students to the Follett Access Helpdesk.
Part Three — Adding Product/Publisher Links to Your Course (Learn)
Step 7.
To add the publisher and support link, check the boxes next to Follett Access Support and the eText link.
Step 8.
Click on the eText link that you've added to your Blackboard module to load the Ebook.
Step 9.
Click on the eText link to load the ebook.
Your Willo Reader eBook is now paired with your Blackboard course!

Part One — Adding the Follett Willo Digital Delivery 1.3 Tool (Ultra)
Step 1.
Navigate to your Blackboard Ultra course.
Step 2.
On the left panel, under Books & Tools, click View course & institution tools.
Step 3.
From the Institution tools list, click Follett Willo Digital Delivery 1.3.
Step 3a. (If needed)
If you don’t see the tool, click Browse all course tools at the bottom of the menu.
Step 3b. (If needed)
From the full list, select Follett Willo Digital Delivery 1.3.
Don’t see Follett Willo 1.3? Click below.
Note: If you are unable to find the Follett Willo Digital Delivery 1.3 link in your Blackboard course, follow the directions below to add the tool manually.

- Navigate to your Blackboard course homepage.
- Click any + symbol on the course homepage to Create.
From your course homepage, click a plus (+) icon to Create.
- Click Teaching Tools with LTI Connection.
Select Teaching Tools with LTI Connection.
- In Name, enter something clear, e.g., Follett Willo Digital Delivery 1.3.

- Keep the item hidden from students (instructor-facing tool).
- Check in a new window.
Recommended: keep hidden from students and enable “ in a new window.”
- If you’ve entered a Name, kept it hidden from students, pasted the correct URL, and checked in a new window, click Save.
- Now click the Follett Willo Digital Delivery 1.3 link you added on your Blackboard homepage to proceed.
When the link is created, click it to continue to Step 4 (Pairing).
Part Two — Pairing the Courseware (Ultra)
Step 4.
Click Continue in a new window.
Step 5.
The Select Course to Pair screen appears. If you teach multiple courses, you may see several listed. Find the correct course and click Pair Course.
Note: If your course is missing or the information appears incorrect, skip to Missing Course Pairing below.

The Course Management screen appears with Course Paired Successfully.

Step 8.
To add the publisher and support link, check the boxes next to Follett Access Support and the eBook link.
Step 9.
Click on the eText link that you've added to your Blackboard module to load the Ebook.
Step 10.
Click on the eText link to load the ebook.
Your Willo Reader eBook is now paired with your Blackboard course!
