If you’ve followed the steps to reveal your courseware code but no code appears after clicking “Reveal,” please contact the Kortext support team through their support portal.
Why Does This Occur?
In some cases, publishers may temporarily run low on courseware codes for Kortext. When this happens, a code may not be available to display.
The Kortext support team will coordinate with the publisher to request a code top-up.
Once Kortext receives confirmation that the top-up is complete, a code will be generated and displayed the next time you select the “Reveal” option.
