Viewing Class Roster
If your campus has chosen to anonymize student Personally Identifiable Information (PII), instructors can access their class rosters by using either the Follett Willo tool LTI or the Instructor Self-Service link in their Learning Management System (LMS).
The View Class Roster feature allows instructors to see the mapping between anonymized student names and the original values provided by the institution’s LMS.
Steps to Access the View Class Roster:

Log in to Your LMS
Navigate to your course in the LMS and select either:- The Follett Willo tool LTI link, or
- The Instructor Self-Service link provided in your course.

Select "View Class Roster"
Once you open the tool or link, click on the View Class Roster option. -
Review the Roster
- The first column will display the Alias, which represents the anonymized name visible in the publisher's courseware.
- Subsequent columns will provide you with the students given name and email address that is pulled from the LMS.

Download or Access as Needed
- The roster can be downloaded for offline reference or accessed throughout the term as needed.
