In this article, you will find the steps to connect your adopted WileyPLUS materials to your Moodle course using the Follett Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 LTI Tool.
Part One: Adding the Follett Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 Tool
Step 1.
Navigate to your course in Moodle, then open the Content Section where you want the Publisher Course Materials link to appear.
Step 2.
Make sure Edit Mode is turned on in the upper-right corner of your course.
Step 3.
In your chosen Content Section, click the + icon and select Add an activity or resource.
Step 4.
From the Activities and Resources menu, select Follett Willo Digital Delivery 1.1.
- If the tool isn’t listed, it may be named Willo or Follett-Willo by your LMS Administrator.
- You can also look under External Learning Tools in the Activity Chooser.
Note: If you still can’t find the tool, see Adding the Follett Willo Tool Manually below.
⚙️ Adding the Follett Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 Tool Manually
Use this only if the tool does not appear in the activity chooser.

- Click Add an activity or resource → select External Learning Tools.
- Activity Name: Follett Willo Digital Delivery (or your publisher title).
- Preconfigured Tool:Automatic, based on Tool URL

- Click Save and return to course.
Click the new Follett Willo Digital Delivery link to continue pairing.
Important: If this link is for instructors only, adjust Visibility in Moodle accordingly.
Step 5.
Click Select Content to proceed.
Part Two: Pairing the Courseware
Step 6.
Click Continue in a new window.
Step 7.
The Select Course to Pair screen appears. If you teach multiple courses, locate the correct one and click Pair Course.
Note: If your course doesn’t appear or details look incorrect, follow the steps in Missing Course Pairing below.
⚠️ Missing Course Pairing?
If your course did not appear on Select Course to Pair, expand below and follow these steps.

- Click Missing Course or Pair My Course Manually.
- Search for your course materials from the sidebar:
- Search Course or Material to Pair: enter course code or instructor name, then click Search.

Add a Product Token: enter token → click Verify.
Need a product token? Email facultysetup@follett.com.
- Click Confirm → select term → click Continue → then Initialize Pairing.
✅ When you see Course Paired Successfully, return to Part Three.
Step 8.
The Course Management screen appears with Course Paired Successfully.
⚠️ Note: The Follett Access Support link is available to both students and faculty and routes students to the Follett Access Helpdesk.
Part Three — Adding Product/Publisher Links to Your Course
Step 9.
You’re now ready to add links to your course. Start by adding the Instructor Self Service link, then click Push Link(s).
Step 10.
Then, select the options to Push directly to LMS
Step 11.
Then, click on the Instructor Self-Service link in Moodle you just added to return to the screen below to add the Wiley Course Resources and Follett Access Support links to your Moodle Module. Next, Push Links...then, Push directly to LMS as you did in Step 10.
Step 12.
The publisher and support links are now in your course. Click the Wiley Course Resources link to initialize your course materials and complete pairing. If prompted, click Continue in a new window.
Step 13.
Next, enter the integration code provided to you by your WileyPlus representative. You may also find this code by logging directly into your WileyPLUS account and finding the course information you are trying to pair with.
Step 14.
Select the course you wish to connect to and hit Confirm.
Your WileyPLUS course materials are now paired with your Moodle course!
