In this article, you will find the steps to connect your adopted Course Resources to your Blackboard course using the Follett Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 LTI Tool.

Part One — Adding the Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 Tool (Learn)
Step 1.
Navigate into your Blackboard Learn course.
Step 2.
Click an existing Content Area on the left course menu (or create a new one). In this example, a new content area named “Ebook and Courseware.” was created.

Step 3.
Inside the Content Area, click Build Content → select Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1.
Step 3a — Don’t see Follett-Willo 1.1?

- In your course Content Area, open Build Content → choose Web Link.
- Enter a Name (e.g., Follett-Willo Digital Delivery).

Paste the correct URL:

Canada:

- Check“This link is to a Tool Provider.”
- (Recommended) Hide this link from students — instructor-facing only.
- Click Submit to create the link.
Web Link → add Name & URL → check “This link is to a Tool Provider.”
When the link is created, click it to continue to Step 4 (Pairing).
Step 4.
Click Continue in a new window.
Part Two — Pairing the Courseware (Learn)
Step 5.
The Select Course to Pair screen appears. If you teach multiple courses, you may see several listed. Find the correct course and click Pair Course.
Note: If your course is missing or information looks incorrect, skip to Missing Course Pairing below.
Missing Course Pairing?
Click here if your course did not appear in Step 5 and follow the instructions below:
- Click the Missing Course link.

A Missing Course sidebar will . Choose
one
of
the following:
- Search Course or Material to Pair: Enter course code or instructor name, then click Search.

Add a Product Token:
Enter
a
product token and click Verify.
Need a Product Token? Email facultysetup@follett.com.
- Click Confirm, select the term, click Continue, then click Initialize Pairing.
Part Three — Adding Product/Publisher Link(s) to Your Course (Learn)
Step 6.
The Add Course Links screen will display Course Paired Successfully. Check the links you want, then click Push Links.
Note: The Course Support link is available to both students and faculty and directs students to the Follett Access Helpdesk for access issues.
Note: The Instructor Self-Service link is for instructor use only, should be hidden from students, and provides access to the Course Management page.
Step 7.
You’ll receive a success message. Select Close Window. return to your Blackboard Course.
Note: If links do not appear where expected, check item visibility/publishing or the destination folder.
Step 8.
The publisher/product links selected have now been added to the Content area of your Blackboard course.
Click on the McGraw Hill Connect link added to initialize your course materials and complete the pairing process.
*This step is necessary to complete the pairing process.
Step 9.
Click Continue in a new window to proceed.
Step 10.
You will now be redirected to McGraw Hill Connect. If prompted, log in to your Instructor Account and select Pair with an Existing Connect Course.
Step 11.
Select the name of your course, then click Save.
And that’s it! Your course is now paired with Connect.
You can begin adding your Connect assignments and access the Connect section from the Go to Section Home Page link.

Part One — Adding the Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 Tool (Ultra)
Step 1.
Navigate to your Blackboard Ultra course.
Step 2.
Under Books & Tools, click View course & institution tools.
Step 3.
From the Institution tools list, click Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1.
Step 3a. (If needed)
If you don’t see the tool, click Browse all course tools at the bottom of the menu.
Step 3b. (If needed)
From the full list, select Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1.
Step 3c — Don’t see Follett-Willo 1.1?
Click
for manual add steps.
Click to expand steps.
- From the course, click any + and choose Create.
- Select Teaching Tools with LTI Connection.
- Enter a Name (e.g., Follett-Willo Digital Delivery).

- Hide the item from students and check Open in a new window, then click Save.
Create LTI item → Name & URL → hide from students → open in new window.
When the item is created, click it to continue to Step 4 (Pairing).
Part Two — Pairing the Courseware (Ultra)
Step 4.
Click Continue in a new window.
Step 5.
The Select Course to Pair screen appears. If you teach multiple courses, you may see several listed. Find the correct course and click Pair Course.

- Click Missing Course or Pair My Course Manually.
