Part One: Adding the Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 Tool
Step 1.
Navigate to your course in Brightspace/D2L. Click on the Content tab at the top left.
Step 2.
Click Add a module and name that module Course Resources or similar. Click into that module.
Step 3.
In the newly created module, click Existing Activities to open the menu. Next, find and click on the Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 link. If you do not see this option, your campus LMS Administrator may have named it something different such as Willo, or Follett-Willo, or something similar. If you are unable to find the link, you can click on External Learning Tools from the Existing Activities menu. You may be able to find the link listed here.
- Note: If you are unable to find the Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 link or similar in your Brightspace course, follow the directions below in Step 3a to add the Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 link manually.
If you can find the Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 tool from this menu, you can skip to Step 4.

Adding the Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 Manually
Step 3a
To add the Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 tool manually, click External Activities to open the menu. Then select External Learning Tools.
Scroll to the bottom of the list that pops up. Then, click on Create New LTI Link.
Next, fill in the Title box with Follett-Willo Digital Delivery or something similar, and copy the following URL (that matches the country your school is located in) into the LTI URL box:
For USA: https://app2.willolabs.com/onelink/
For Canada: https://ca2.willolabs.com/onelink/
Then, click Create and Insert.
Now click the link you manually added to your Course Resources Module and proceed with the following steps.

Part Two: Pairing the Courseware
Step 4.
Click Continue in a new window.
Step 5.
The Course Pairing Screen should appear. If you teach more than one course, you may see multiple courses to choose from.
Click the green Select button for the correct course. Then click the blue Review Details.
Note: If you do not see a course listed, or if the course information is incorrect, please skip to the Product Token section below.
Step 6.
On the Review Selected Course Materials screen, review the course and product information to ensure it is correct. If the course information is correct, click the Confirm Selection button.
NOTE: If the materials listed appear to be incorrect, or if there's a discrepancy with the materials, do not proceed. Contact ACCESSsuccess@follett.com to report the discrepancy.
Step 7.
The next screen will display a message indicating the course was paired successfully. Click the Course Management button and skip ahead to Step 8.

Using a Product Token
NOTE: This step is only necessary if your course materials do not auto-populate in Step 5.
To use your Product Token:
- Click the I have a Product Token button
- Enter the six-digit Product Token code
- Then click Verify.

Look over the product and course details and verify that the details are correct. If everything looks good, proceed by clicking Course Management.

Part Three: Adding W.W. Norton Links to Your Course
Step 8.
Click Add Product Links.
Step 9.
Check the boxes next to Course Support, Instructor Self Service and any Norton courseware links you would like to add to your course. Click the Next Step button when you are done.
Step 10.
Select the radio button next to Push Links Directly to My Course and click Submit.
Step 11.
Once the links have been pushed to your course, you will see the following screen. You may now close this window.
Step 12.
Once the content has deployed return to the Content area of your course. You will find the links in a new Imported Course Resources module. You may either drag-and-drop the links into the Course Resources module you created in Step 2, or you may rename the Imported Course Resources module something else.
- NOTE: If you are using individual ebook chapter links, you should hide the Ebook Administration link from students to avoid confusion. If you are NOT using ebook chapter links, but are instead using one master ebook link, your should change the name of this link from "Ebook Administration" to "Ebook" or something similar.
- NOTE: The Instructor Self Service link should be hidden from students. This link is for instructor use only and will lead you back to the Course Management page.
Step 13.
In order for the Norton link(s) to open properly, you will need to enable them to open in a new browser tab. Select the down arrow next each of the Norton link(s). Then select Edit Properties in Place.
Step 14.
Next, check the box next to Open as External Resource. The setting will automatically save.
Step 15.
Click on one of the Norton links. You will be prompted to select your academic term from the dropdown menu and click Submit.
Step 16.
Click any of the Norton activity / ebook links. Sign into your W. W. Norton account. If you cannot remember your login, click Forgot your password?.
Step 17.
Select Create a New Student set from scratch, then click Next.
- NOTE: For steps on copying an existing student set, reach out to your Norton representative.
Step 18.
On the next page, fill in the course details, including a title, country (USA or Canada), school name, and start and end dates. When you're done, click Create Student Set.
Your course material links are now paired with your Brightspace course!
