Accessing Cengage Materials in Brightspace/D2L (MindTap, WebAssign, SAM, OWLv2, or Cengage Unlimited) through Course Access or Total Access

Brightspace D2L – Student Access Instructions

1. Log in to your Brightspace D2L account and select your course.
2. Click any link to Cengage content to continue the registration process.
   • If you are unsure where to click, ask your instructor.

   • You will know you have selected the correct link when the Cengage login screen appears.

     

3. When the Cengage login screen appears, sign in to your existing account or create a new one using your academic (.edu) email address.

   

4. After enrollment, your Cengage course materials provided through the Access program will display as purchased, granting you full access. Click Continue to enter your course.

   

5. Assignments will be visible within your LMS (Learning Management System) course space.
