How To Request Shipping for Your Total or Course Access Print or Physical Materials
As a student you can request your Access Physical products to be shipped to you instead of picking them up from the store or designated location shared with you in the confirmation email.
This shipping request will be at your cost, and the cost of shipping your program materials may vary per campus/program.
How to Request Access product Shipping:
- Log onto your bookstore campus efollett.com site. https://www.bkstr.com/efollettstore/home
- Search for your school
- The school may have a link to your campus specific efollett.com site on their Campus webpage as well.
- Click on Shop Menu
- Choose Gifts & Collectibles
- Then click on School Accessories
- Choose Gifts & Collectibles
- Scroll through the list of items until you find the Shipping & Handling Access Shipping Fee. It is typically represented by an icon that looks like a stack of books.

- Click Add to Bag
View your bag and complete checkout. During the checkout process, be sure to select a shipping option and enter your shipping address.
- Log in or check out as a guest.
- Enter your email address.
- Proceed to Delivery Method and select Ship to an Address.
- Enter your shipping address and choose Use This Address.

Continue to Payment and complete your checkout.
- Customer will not be charged additional shipping shown on cart page.
Once your order is submitted, our store team will receive the shipping request, match it with your Access products, and prepare your shipment. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Your order should arrive within the standard shipping timeframe for your location relative to the store.
